    Notes:

    Jacob Kuykendall married his cousin Barbara Decker in the early or mid 1760's. At some point, they moved to Hampshire County, Virginia. While on a hunting trip to Ohio, Jacob was captured by Indians. Believing him to be dead, Barbara married James Colvin. But Jacob returned seven years later.
    Barbara and Jacob were divorced on 17 Feb 1773. She continued to live with James Colvin, by whom she had several children. She eventually moved to Kentucky. Jacob may have returned to live with the Indians, or he may have settled in Jefferson Co., Kentucky.

    Smithfield was in Bucks County at the time. The source mentions Smithfield Church. The Smithfield Reformed Dutch Church (also known as the Old Log Church) was organized in 1737
